Class Info

Classes are a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. Importance is placed on aligning the breath with the movements of the body, while both stretching and strengthening the whole body. Classes also include pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditative practices.

Casual class - 300 baht

10 class pass - 2,500 baht

No bookings required. Mats and meditation cushions provided. Please wear comfortable clothing. Classes are designed for all levels of yoga ability, beginners welcome.
